Just because you receive an email doesn’t mean the Help Desk can help you. The sender works in Finance. Talk to them.
Also, if you have a training session at 1pm on Friday afternoon, wouldn’t it have been wise to check you had the time and location of the training class before 1pm?
I can’t tell you where it is. I don’t know anything about it.
